Where to find it

John Drinkwater Close, Leytonstone E11 3AE

Leave Leytonstone Tube Station by the town centre exit (if you find yourself at the bus station, turn around and go back through the station subway to the other exit), head along Church Lane in the direction of the church. At the High Street, turn left. After 200 yards or so, turn right down Browning Street, following this round to the right. Turn left into John Drinkwater Close (if you reach Henry Reynolds Gardens, you've gone too far). Follow John Drinkwater Close to where the roadway ends and go through the bollards onto Bush Road (by the roundabout) and turn around: the mural is on the gable end of the last house on the right on John Drinkwater Close.
